Are they possible? My husband chides me on being quick and picking easy meals. With 3 little ones I have too! lol. You leave them for too long and the house turns into WW3 and is destroyed.
I am going to try to post 1-3 quick healthy meal ideas with recipes a week. I think we all need these, especially at supper when you're already exhausted and the natives get restless with hunger.
Set one night a week to take the easy way out. Give yourself a night off. Make it family night, game night or whatever. Whatever you do, DO NOT feel guilty for taking 1 night a week off. Fridays are our pizza nights. Jack's Pizza is only 3/$9 here and we add whatever other toppings we want. No waiting for delivery and we can make our wheat/gluten sensitive child his own right along with ours.
